How to import disabled accounts from Active Directory

Solution

Use the following query to import the disabled users from Active Directory:

  1. Open the Policy Patrol Administration console and connect to your installation.
  2. Go to Settings > Users
  3. Click on Add > Select "Active directory" and select "Use the following query filter
  4. Copy and Paste this query:
    (&(objectClass=user)(mail=*)(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))
  5. Click on Next > Finish
