Title field not populated for Google Apps

Solution

If you notice that Title field is not populated for new or old users added to a signature rule, please follow the below steps in order to fix the issue :

  1. Log in into mySignaturesOnline
  2. Go to Settings > Merge fields.
  3. Locate the "Title" for Google Apps merge field and click on it;
  4. Under directory code enter the following string :"Organizations[Index:0].title"    (case sensitive)
  5. Go to Templates > My templates and click on the template you want to use in order to edit it;
  6. Remove the %[]Title[]% merge field and add it again by selecting in from the drop down merge fields list.
  7. Log out of your GMail account and log in again.
  8. Now the title field should be populated.
